Top NFL Cornerbacks for 2014

Richard Sherman, Seattle Seahawks – The numbers don’t lie. Targeted 59 times only gave up 29 catches for 348 yards. One touchdown allowed against 8 picks.

Darrelle Revis, New England Patriots – Revis is back where he made his name, the AFC East. Don’t be surprised if Revis reclaims his spot as the best CB in the game.

Brent Grimes, Miami Dolphins – Thrown at 98 times in 2013 and how many touchdowns did he give up? Zero. How many passes did he pick off, four. And he’s got the coolest wife in the NFL.

Patrick Peterson, Arizona Cardinals – The most talented QB in football hands down. In 2013, he was thrown at 90 times and gave up 49 catches for 688 yards and 7 touchdowns. Although he did pick off 3 passes.

Tim Jennings, Chicago Bears – Might Mouse always gets the job done.

Aqib Talib, Denver Broncos – Backs up his trash talk like a project chick in the club. Three touchdowns given up last season but four passes picked off.

Charles Tillman, Chicago Bears – The best all-around corner in the game. Even if he gives up a catch, he’s probably going to strip it.

Joe Haden – The best zone corner in football and he’s good enough to hold his own in man to man as well.

Alterraun Verner, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Most underrated corner in the game today. He allowed the third best passer rating last season at 55.8 and only gave up two touchdowns while picking off five.

Antonio Cromartie – He had a terrible 2013, make no mistakes about it, but Cro still got it.
