The phenomenal athlete from Arizona is still mulling over Ohio State, Arizona, Notre Dame and Arkansas. The consensus is that Ohio State and Urban Meyer are the team to beat for the ESPN number one ranked athlete in the country. Arkansas is hoping and praying that Neal becomes a Razorback after missing out on several big time recievers today including Dorial Green-Beckham (Missouri) and Courtney Gardner (Oklahoma).
