Killa Kyleon is an unfairly overlooked spitter from Houston with a workman flow and aesthetic Mouse is an unfairly overlooked madcap producer from Baton Rouge who might literally be living in a cartoon so it’s heartening to see them collaborate to break out of the collective boxes built around them to deliver something unique and familiar at the same time. There’s no way you can listen to a Mouse track without swaying, nodding your head, and doing a little tic which is the last thing you’d expect to see Kyleon doing. Like peanut butter and pickles this works.
