Michigan State recruit, Jay Harris has reportedly turned down his scholarship to play football for a rap career. Receiver to Rapper….hmm. This is interesting.

1. I’m confused. Some reports say, he was kicked off the team, but now MSU says this is a mutual decision.

2. I’m tired of all these bloggers and journalist banging on this kid for his decision. I sense a lot of racial undertones in most of these comments.

3. Why not play football, go to class and rap on the side?

4. Where are his parents and were they apart of this decision?

5. For this kid’s sake, I hope he proves many of his detractors wrong.

6. School isn’t for everybody, never has been and never will be.
